Our shipping company nicko Cruises is a member of the German Travel Security Fund. This means that your payments are secured in the event of insolvency.

The trip is bindingly booked with registration. I (we) will receive a written confirmation of the booking by the tour operator within one week. The deposit of 20% of the tour price per person has to be paid within one week after receipt of the confirmation/invoice directly to the account details stated there or by credit card. The balance is to be paid 28 days before departure.

You will receive the insurance certificate with the confirmation/invoice. Tour operator of the Spartacus Cruise (May 20th to May 27th 2025) is nicko cruises.

I (we) confirm that I (we) have taken note of the travel agent’s terms and conditions for the cruise. In the case of joint billing, or 3 and 4 person occupancy, I, as the primary booker, agree to also be responsible for the contractual obligations of the co-traveler(s).

Drinks packages

The cruise price covers full board with complimentary coffee, tea and water at meals. Additional beverages can be ordered from an extensive menu. Two all-inclusive options are available upon request. The “Classic” package costs EUR 33 per person per travel day, the “Premium” package EUR 53 per person per travel day. The packages can be booked for double occupancy only for both cabin guests uniformly at any bar on embarkation day. If you want to save the queuing, you can order the packages (overview) already when booking your cabin.
